In quite big cities there is a shortage of hotels for business purposes, which means that during large conferences their guests have no place to sleep. There are far fewer hotel places per capita in Poland than in the West. We are working on another deal, which will be very large, but for now we keep it a secret. Generally speaking, we are interested in investments, among others, in hotel complexes and in the office industry – but offices are outside the scope of my work. Unfortunately, I cannot talk about the details yet. We are currently preparing and executing three major transactions that amount up to 2.5 billion euro. So in which real estate projects the company is going to take part?.For example, student dormitories, logistic real estate, or rental housing are beyond our interest. It is important to stress that we try not to enter the field of Griffin’s activity, which will allow us to maintain complementarity with their business. Griffin is the largest investor in Poland, while Cornerstone will go beyond Poland’s borders. Also, Cornerstone, contrary to Poland-focused Griffin, will invest in Central Europe, in different segments, and with new investors.
